One stingy jellyfish was sighted in the open sea, however, the inner part of Għar Lapsi bay was safe to swim and snorkel. There were also a small number of friendly fried egg jellyfish and some other hundreds of fish. Snorkelling at Għar Lapsi is fantastic.
