and cellist Kristina Dimic

Inspiring duo, local violinist Bernice Musu’ and Serbian cellist Kristina Dimic will present a recital of delightful classical music during this week’s lunchtime concert organised by Barocco Foundation.

Their repertoire includes fascinating arias namely Air on G string, Jesus Joy Of Man’s Desire by Johann Sebastian Bach, Rondeau by Mouret ,the enchanting aria The Arrival of Queen of Sheba from Handel’s oratorio “Solomon”, Schumann’s Melody and Serenade by Schubert, amongst others.

Bernice Musu’

Bernice has been playing the violin for 10 years. Her first public performance was with the Valletta Ensemble and in 2013 she joined the Malta Youth Orchestra till the present.

She performs in many occasions with orchestras and even as a soloist. Recently she achieved the Trinity Guildhall ATCL diploma and she is furthering her studies in Music Theory diploma and of course in her never-ending passion for violin.

Kristina Dimic

Kristina Dimic was born in Pancevo, Serbia. She graduated with a Masters’ degree in violoncello.
For 15 years she was a teacher at one of the top music schools in Serbia/Belgrade. She took part in a number of chamber groups and in various orchestras performing in her native country Serbia as well as in Bosnia Herzegovina, Romania, Greece, Hungary, Austria and Sweden.

Kristina came to Malta in July 2017 and since her arrival she has been taking part in various concerts all over the island. She also forms part of the MCO at Pjazza Teatru Rjal and her wish is to share her experience and love for this instrument.
