Some of the main interesting points from the press conference As from Monday: Face-masks mandatory in outdoor places and workplaces (from 17th October)Bars and clubs will have to close at 11pmThose suffering from respiratory conditions, and children under 3 years will be exempt from wearing a face-maskAn exempt will also be allowed if travelling alone in a private car, and whilst performing outdoor sports such as jogging and cycling.
