Malta’s Got Talent is replacing X Factor Malta

Rumors have been around, but on the 6th July, it was announced that the popular X Factor Malta will this year be replaced by Malta’s Got Talent.

This will be Malta’s version of the Got talent franchise – where contestants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their chosen talent and will need to impress a panel of 4 judges.

The winner of this contest will get a €25,000 prize.
Those who want to sit for an audition can send Malta’s Got Talent a WhatsApp text on 7920 2021 with their name, age and email, as well as an optional short clip of themselves performing.  Applications are open to everyone residing in Malta.

The Four judges

The four judges of the first season of Malta’s Got Talent will be the following:

Ray Attard

Ray is an actor and a popular face on the Maltese television

Howard Keith Debono

Howard is a well-known manager in the music scene, and also the president of MEIA – Malta Entertainment & Arts Association. He was also one of the judges in X Factor Malta.

Maxine Aquilina

Maxine is a familiar face in the theatrical productions. She performed in productions varying from pantos to period dramas.

Sarah Zerafa

Sarah is a local influencer and also a model. Her Instagram account has more than 236,000 followers (you can search for her as sosazerafa).
