Brief information on States and Capitals

The United States is a country made up of 50 states. These states cover a vast area of North America, and also including Hawaii which is far away in the Pacific Ocean.

The first state in the list is Alabama, and the last one is Wyoming.

California is the state which has the most population. It is estimated that in 2019, the population in California was 39.5 million. The runner up is Texas where is population is circa 29 million. The smallest state is Wyoming with an estimate of 578 ,000 people.

The life expectancy in Hawaii is 82.3 years whilst that of West Virginia is 74.8 years. There is a difference of 7.5 years.

West Virginia ranks first where it comes to obesity, with 38.1% of the adult population is obese. On the other hand, Colorado has only 22.6% in the same category.
