WaterWorld in Ayia Napa

For the second time in twenty-fours months I visited the WaterWorld in Ayia Napa. It is a water theme park where you can spend a whole day, experiences some good rides, relax and eat some snacks. If I had to go to Ayia Napa again, I would surely visit this amazing place. It is great that in Ayia Napa there are both a Luna Park and a Water Park.

Some basic information

Tickets: You can buy tickets online, from an agent or from the door. When you arrive there, you will find two queues to enter the park, once for those whole already bought the ticket and once for those who still need to buy it.

Lockers: You can hire a locker for the day for a small amount of money. They are very safe – they give you like a watch to wear on your wrist, which has a sensor. When you are near the locker and you move your wrist near the required sensor activator, the locker will open.

Bus: If you are coming by bus, it is very easy –
From Ayia Napa – get the bus number 102
From Larnaca – get the bus number 711

There are some 18 rides and attractions at this water park. I did not manage to experience them all. Here is the list:

Other Facilities

There are other facilities that you can use at WaterWorld:
– you can find a number of good restaurants and kiosks to eat, grab an ice-cream or drink something
– there is a Go Kart circuit which you can use for an extra cost
– there is the HYGEIA FISH SPA where you can have a good fish treatment for your feet (I tried it out – it was fantastic)
